DOH will no longer distribute condoms to HS students!
The Department of Health (DOH) will no longer distribute condoms to the entire school in the country according to DOH Secretary Paulyn Ubial.
Sen. Vicente Sotto asked Sec. Ubial if she still willing to follow and distribute condoms to the high school students as what their previous plan regarding stopping and controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS during the Commission on Appointment (CA) hearing.
